5. Payment and Fees

• Aapplecolor may charge fees or commissions as outlined in the Seller Dashboard or agreements.

• Payment to sellers will be made after deducting applicable fees and following transaction confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property

• Users must not use any content without permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Users may not use Aapplecolor for illegal activities or to violate rights of others.

• Prohibited conduct includes fraud, spamming, selling counterfeit goods, and abusive behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Aapplecolor is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or transactions.

• We do not guarantee product quality, delivery, or seller performance.

9. Termination
